How to enter the Awards

a4uAwards submissions are now open

  1. Visit the awards category page to select the award(s) you would like to enter.
  2. Carefully read through the category description
  3. Produce an executive summary (no longer than one side of A4)
  4. Upload any supporting material*
  5. Complete your details below and upload your application.
  6. Complete your payment by credit or debit card. Each entry costs £49 or £29 for Affiliates + VAT.
  7. You are invited to enter as many relevant categories as you wish.
  8. You will be sent a confirmation email once your submission is received.
  9. If your submission is short listed you will be contacted mid May by the a4uAwards team.

Rules of Entry

Submissions Payment

Entry for each category will be charged at £49+vat, with a reduced rate of £29+vat for Affiliates. You will need to make payment online to confirm your awards submission. Please note: This payment is not refundable.

Who can enter?

Anyone working within the Affiliate Marketing industry can submit entries to the a4uAwards either directly or an authorised agent from a PR agency, media agency or network on behalf of a client.

Please only submit one entry per category and only for those categories relevant to the individual / company.

Any applications received for a non-relevant category or any duplicated applications will be void.

Activities on which entries are based must have taken place between the 1st June 2008 and the 31st March 2009.

How can I submit my application?

All submissions must be made online by the stated deadline. Once your application and payment has been accepted you will be emailed an entry confirmation.

How much information can we submit?

All submissions will be limited to an executive summary, no longer than one side of A4. You are asked to submit supporting documentation where directly relevant only. If further information is required by the judges you will be contacted by a member of the a4uAwards team.

When will the judging commence?

All submissions will be judged from the 27th April – 8th May 2009

When is the shortlist announced?

Only those who make the shortlist will be contacted. You will be contacted by the a4uAwards team by the 15th May 2009

You may upload a maximum of 2 further pages of A4 for the judges eyes. This could be a PDF (preferred) Word, Excel or JPEG file.
