Entering the a4uAwards
Where and how do I enter the a4uAwards?
Visit www.a4uawards.com/how-to-enter and ensure that the instructions on how to enter are read carefully. All information on who can enter, the entry fees, eligibility, submission format as well a list guide on entering can all be found here.
Please note: The entry deadline for 2011 is 31st January. Entries received after this deadline will be subject to late entry charges (See cost of entering below)
Once entrants are confident they understand all elements of the entry process the ‘Submit now’ button can be clicked at the end of the page to progress to the submission pages.
All entries must be uploaded online via www.a4uawards.com to be considered
How much are the entry fees?
Each entry submitted before 31st January 2011 costs £95.00 + VAT
Each entry submitted after 31st January 2011 costs £145.00 + VAT
Please note: All entry fees are non-refundable.
Can I withdraw an entry?
Yes, any entry may be withdrawn for any reason up until 2nd April 2011 upon written request to events@existem.com

How are the a4uAwards judged?

When are the entry deadline dates?
The entry submission deadline is 31st January 2011.
a4u will accept late entries for the a4uAwards up until midnight on the 7th February 2011, with an additional £50.00 + VAT charged on each entry fee per submission.
Community Choice Awards
How can I cast a vote for the Community Choice Awards
Two categories are open for a4u members to cast a vote for this year’s awards: The Publishers Choice of Affiliate Network award and secondly the Network Achievement award – comprising of three elements: Best Publisher Support Team, Best Affiliate Network Technical Team and Most Improved Affiliate Network.
The voting for Publishers Choice of Network opened on 13th January 2011. To cast your vote for this award you must already be a member of a4u, and ensure that you are logged into the a4u site to cast your vote. Follow the simple instructions on screen and cast your vote from the list available.
Voting for the Network Achievement Award will open on Wednesday 2nd February 2011. You must already be a member of a4u to cast your vote. When voting opens you can submit your vote by logging into the a4u site, and following the simple instructions on screen.
Please note: We only allow affiliates4u members to make one vote per category. We will be conducting random checks during the voting stage to prevent against fraudulent voting, please ensure that you chose carefully before casting your vote.

How do I upgrade to a category sponsorship?

How do I book a table for the a4uAwards?
All table bookings can be made via the a4uAwards website. By visiting www.a4uawards.com/book-a-table you’ll receive extensive information on what’s included with your booking, current pricing including any early booking offers available.
Once those wishing to book have read all booking information there is a button link to the booking form for completion.
How much is a table at the a4uAwards?
A table of 10 costs £2,195 + VAT, rising to £2,395 + VAT following the announcement of the awards shortlist for 2011.
The price increases on 8th February 2011.

How many guests are there to each table booking?
The standard table booking is 10 places.
However some sponsorship packages will include premium 12 place tables.
Can I book an individual ticket to the awards?
Yes, individual tickets are available for £230.00 + VAT. Individual tickets can be booked using the booking form found at: www.a4uawards.com/book-a-table
Please note: Tables of 10 will be made up from other individual bookings.
Do I need a ticket?
Yes, the a4uAwards 2011 is a ticketed event and all tickets will be distributed prior to the event on the 17th May.
Is there an event dress code?
The a4uAwards ceremony is a black tie event, taking place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
Are there event Hotel booking options available?
Yes, special a4uAward attendee rates have been arranged with the Grosvenor House Hotel for the evening of the Awards. A room booking costs £239.00 + VAT for single or double occupancy room. For the booking code and how to book your room for the evening visit: www.a4uawards.com/venue-and-travel
Please note: Special a4uAwards attendee hotel rates are limited and issued on a first come, first served basis.

Can I obtain a refund for my booking?
a4uAwards operates a refund and cancellation policy for all places and tables booked.
All requests must be made by e-mailing events@existem.com or faxing to +44 (0)117 909 2065 or in writing to a4uAwards Cancellations and Refunds, 7.17 & 7.18 Deco Building, The Paintworks, Bath Road, Bristol, Avon, BS4 3EA no later than 60 days prior to the event to receive a full refund.
Please note: Refunds are subject to an admin fee of £25.00.
Refund requests received less than 60 days, but prior to 30 days from the start of the event will receive a refund of 50% minus an admin fee of £25.00.
Please note: Any refund requests received after this deadline will not be honoured.
All refunds will be made within 4 weeks after the event has closed.
