Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions on a4uAwards.com you are bound by and agree to the relevant Terms and Conditions of Existem Limited.

a4uAwards.com is the website of Existem Limited. The following Terms and Conditions shall constitute a Contract of Agreement between you as a participant in an event and Existem Limited

Bookings will only be confirmed once a signed booking form is received with full payment.

Shared Details

When booking your attendance you will be asked if you wish to be contacted by sponsored parties. Depending on how you reply, sponsored parties may contact you by post or email with information or offers regarding their goods and services.

Photography, Recording & Video Taping

During the course of the evening certain parts of a4uAwards may be photographed, recorded and/or video taped. When purchasing your place / table you are also giving permission to be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. These photography, recording and/or video tapes will be used for public display and/or sale after the event.

Drinking

a4uAwards accepts no responsibility for the actions of others while under the influence of alcohol served at a4uAwards. It is also acknowledges by attendees that it is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.

Health & safety / Law

As an attendee at a4uAwards you have a duty to maintain health and safety standards for your own and others benefit. Failure to comply with any laws, health & safety and/or restrictions imposed by the Park Lane Hotel or a4uAwards may result in immediate removal from the premises without any refund or compensation.

a4uAwards Refund and Cancellation Policy

a4uAwards operates a refund and cancellation policy for bookings. All requests must be made by email, fax or writing by no later than the 5th May 2008 minus an admin free of 10%.
