Costs

Tickets include reception drinks, 3 course dinner, premium networking opportunities and entertainment.

Table of 10 : £1,750 + VAT
Individual Place : £175 + VAT
Affiliate & Member of Affiliates4u* : £95 + VAT

*Affiliates or Publishers who are members of affiliates4u.com who have a post count greater than 50 as of 1st March 2009 can book individual places at just £95 + VAT. We will group these registrations together on the main floor.

Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are bound by and agree to the relevant Terms and Conditions of Existem Events Ltd the organiser of a4uAwards.

Shared Details

When booking your attendance you will be asked if you wish to be contacted by sponsored parties. Depending on how you reply, sponsored parties may contact you by post or email with information or offers regarding their goods and services.

Warning

The a4uAwards may contain strobe lighting effects or sudden loud sound effects.

Photography, Recording & Video Taping

During the course of the evening certain parts of a4uAwards may be photographed, recorded and/or video taped. When purchasing your place / table you are also giving permission to be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. These photography, recording and/or video tapes may be used publically after the event.

Alcohol

a4uAwards accepts no responsibility for the actions of others while under the influence of alcohol served at a4uAwards. It is also acknowledged by attendees that it is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.

a4uAwards Refund and Cancellation Policy

a4uAwards operates a refund and cancellation policy for bookings. All requests must be made by email, fax or writing by no later than the 2nd May 2009 minus an admin free of 10%.
